Really good communication between all the people involved.
1st round with outsourced HR person
2nd Round with the Manager of the area
3rd Round with the Director
4th Round with the VP
all were really nice and honest

There were no technical question, it was more about how i can manage or handle specific situations
About my background
How i felt in specific enviroments.
Talk to the interviewer with questions and answers. Then interviewer introduced the role and the company background. Technical questions together with test of soft skills eg,how do you deal with difficulties in the workplace
Interview process was detailed and thorough. Process moved fairly quickly. Cognitive tests were included as part of the interview process. Overall no complaints about the process. Process wasn't drawn out.
