There really was no formal interview, perhaps because I was referred to them. I sent them my resume and when they called me they told me what the position entailed and offered me the job during the same conversation. I made arrangements to complete the training and was scheduled to start in a month's time. When it came time to start work, I was informed that I was no longer going to be the Medical Coordinator but rather the Invoicing and Accounts Receivable Clerk to which I agreed as I would still be able to work from home.
