HR has arrangend a zoom interview after a few days I had sent my application. Very confused and disappointed. I have spent a few hours preparing and 1 hour waiting for someone to join the call but nobody did. No apologies whatsoever. After I wrote and asked what is the problem, contact person scheduled another call. And you know what, the same story, I wasted my time waiting someone to join a call but noone did. Very unprofessional.
