Reached out by a nice internal recruiter after applying online. Once they told me the salary for the position, I decided not to pursue the job. The salary was at least $10,000 below market value! After I declined to move further in the process, I was called again by someone who told me how amazing the job would be and that money shouldn't be a determining factor. The person I talked with was incredibly pushy. Once I gave in to meeting for a more formal interview, they refused to arrange an appointment. It was bizarre and unprofessional. Seemed like they were trying to meet a quota on how many people they could bring in to an interview.

The screening interview was thorough with it feeling more like a sales presentation for the company. The recruiter was excellent; he even persuaded me that the great company possibilities might be worth starting FAR below standard salaries for ID position. The 2nd interview was video / phone. It was a thorough exploration of experience, education, and abilities as relates to this job. Interviewer was very encouraging; she even said she thought I'd fit right in with the team. The 3rd interview showed discrepancies in job description and company situation from 2nd. Two interviewers ( women who worked their way up in the company, but seemed to understand little about how an ID team works) with routine questions. One appeared to be a bit dismissive of research-based ID principles. Their promise to let me know by that Friday was not kept; I did not hear anything for a full month when I received a standardized email saying they chose another candidate. A few days later the same job was reposted. No surprise. No, thank you. This validated the worrisome reviews that are on Glassdoor; be sure to read and heed them.
