It was pretty unprofessional. I was early to the interview, but I waited for over 30 minutes to see him. He looked at my resume for less than 2 seconds and threw it on the table. He asked maybe 3 questions, then told me I was too young to be respected. I ended up getting the job later, but only after doing meaningless work for free, that he assured me was "preparing me for the solar". I still don't see how cleaning a refrigerator or his car prepared me to sell solar panels.
