The interview was done twice: first with an HR associate for screening, and second with the hiring manager for a discussion on the specifics of the role. Although the HR associate was unprofessional with written communications, the screening and discussion about the role were clear and thorough. Unfortunately, there was no feedback on why my application did not prosper.
