Very unprofessional hiring process, in the end I was lucky not ended up there because I am with a way better employer. Initial interview with a teamlead was postponed for 1 or 2 weeks on the interview day, I was told the interviewer was on a leave or sick (can't remember clearly but it sounded like an excuse). Later I was interviewed by the HR, I thought it went well and she seemed to like me, but I received a general rejection without a reason. I wrote to ask if I could get some feedback, no response. I do think I deserved a good reason after the back and forth communication and the long waiting and preparation.

Deux entretiens, le premier avec les RH, le deuxième était technique. Une longue période s'est déroulé pendant les deux, il n'était pas clair quand ils veulent remplir le poste. Mot motmo tmot motm mot mot mot mot mot mot mot mot mot
First round was a meeting with a group lead and an HR. General questions about background, why solactive? Got a coding challenge related to index rebalancing (offline ~ 1 week time). Final interview with the team members (1 hour)

Entretien
Initial chat with HR person + employee in the department you are interviewing for. Over the phone, no video. Cookie cutter questions (tell me about yourself, why us, etc.) and a few more specific questions regarding indexes, equities, etc. Nothing tricky if you spent any amount of time in the equity markets.
Second round video chat with the head of the department plus another employee. More technical questions but, again, nothing tricky.
After about a month and a few follow up e-mails from my end I got an e-mail back "sorry, we found someone else...yadda yadda...."

Calculation of indexes (price vs return), different rebalancing methods (general), how stocks behave after corporate actions (secondary offering, dividend, earnings, etc.), why would a company split or reverse split, etc.
