You pretty much run the show. They get other senior consultants to interview, and it's all set up pretty last minute. I spiral bound a portfolio of my best work and it really impressed them (people don't usually do that). Having a portfolio also gave us something to continually talk about. Everyone was really nice, and that's the kind of people they look for. You get a lot of training time to learn skills, so they really focus on personality matches. (That's probobly why they want to hear you talk so much.)

HR regarding behavioral questions.
Phone: HR Interview: Basic stuff about technical. Salary details/benefits
Phone: Architect interview: Pure technical on Architect level. All related to OOPS, Patterns etc..Questions were good and technically challenging. Which I really enjoyed
In person interview with 7 people:
1. HR...Regular questions
2. Sr VP: Behavioral questions. He was on phone all the time, not sure he is caring about my answers
3. HR Manager: Behavioral questions and benefits related

Entretien
The interview process is simple and smooth. There was a HR screening followed by a phone interview and a face to face round. Overall experience was positive. The benifits they offer are good compared to many of the consulting firms.

The interview process was quick and nice , had an initial phone screen with the HR, a technical phone screen with the QA manager and an in person interview with the GVP. The interview was pretty simple , they ask you questions from your resume and some behavioral questions
