The process started with 3 rounds first took by HR where they ask basic questions Second was an online test which constitutes of apptitude and other analytical skills Third was round with director where we were more talking about understanding the process. Fourth was round with VP which talks about the vision and other important aspect of softwareone. Post that there was negotiation and other formalities which in a normal organization happens.
