The steps after you submit your application are video screening, interview and technical challenge. The video screening is impersonal you have to download an app and record the answers yourself, you have a chance to record your answer more than once if you think you could have done better. The interview was online and it was with two members of the team, they were nice and friendly and they wanted to learn more about motivations and experiences. The technical challenge is around 30 min exercise where you should try to build what is proposed by them. It is a comfortable environment where you are left on your own and have access to google, stack overflow and your notes to try to solve the problem proposed. The language options are Python, Java or .Net. It is quite nice that they call to give feedback on whether you receive an offer or not. The entire process took a few months but after the last interview, they gave an answer in one week more or less.
