Virtual interviews, with different levels of management, To the point yet provided suggestions and recommendations for additional meetings. I had worked with them previously so it was a friendly type of interview.

A recruiter from SMCI has essentially been harassing me for weeks, calling me incessantly about a contract position despite me letting him know multiple times to please correspond via email and not phone, as I am busy working during the day. The recruiter also sends me the same rate confirmation email over and over, despite the fact that I already sent my information over to be submitted. Not sure if this recruiter is just a bad egg, but he really makes this staffing agency seem like a joke. He also asked me my current salary, which I’m pretty sure is now illegal to ask in California.
