First they contacted me, and followed up my recruiting process with two interviews (english interview, technical interview) and three exams.

First contact was with recruiter to talk about the position, the company, the role and to get an insight of your English level, then a technician interview through the phone came with good level of technical discussion, at the time I was given some test to be completed online and after all that, the offer was made.
