I applied online by an email given on their website. There was a follow up email that I received. Then a recruiter of the company contacted me and asked if I would be interested in an in-person interview. I went in formal attire and the interview consisted of specific questions mainly regarding my past experience and ways I would help the company and be an asset to the team.
