Three technical rounds of interview was taken . and as per feedback i am shortlisted.
After that i was scheduled for one to one meeting with the company's director or the senior executive .But , on my i arrival, i was highly negatively motivated by him.
you cannot judge the problem solving ability or logics by making the interviewee to write the syntax.
So, stop wasting people's important time and learn to acquire the correct interview process.
P.S. - Personally, i won't recommend any senior resource to go for such a company.

They wanted a quick joiner. Scheduled interview. Could sense that Interviewer had no interest in interview. Pathetic. Waste of time. He asked some easy questions. Don't know what was his remarks to HR.

first technical round /second technical with they said team lead. but he asking simple questions I have answered all? but strange after that received mail of not selected....after I am calling with HR he said me you give low rating in etc etc...I am very strange about it HR gives feedback which questions(topics) are not asked by Interviewer and how he gives that feedback like that...Don't waste any one time .....suggest .. please gives chance to employee can give interviewer feedback also...
