J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez SoftServe
Entretien
In short: Based on interviews, company does not care about you as a person, just another worker.
3 stages:
- the first interview with a recruiter, then they give you spreadsheet with ~200 skills to fill in.
*this looked sus for me, but ok*
- second interview was a technical -1 hour of only technical questions. Like, not even "Hi, who are you", "Tell me about yourself". Nothing, just technical questions. Passed it, but after this interview I decided that I don't want to work here
- Next interview was for the projects, it was not matching my profile, but here also the was no questions about yourself.
Personally, this was my worst interview process experience of all time. The people were great, but the process can tell a lot about company ideas about employees.
It was really nice no stress interview was really smooth. We spoked technically about java and advanced features . But the interviewe was really nice and he was keep smiling
