I had a series of phone calls with the recruiter, and then 3 more interviews after that. The whole process took about 1.5 months. I spoke with the recruiter, The hiring manager, then had a 3rd interview which they said was a “meet and greet” with 2 other senior executive assistants. One was very unfriendly and looked as if she was mad I was in the running for this position as she was temporarily assisting the hiring manager while they looked to hire someone new. When I asked questions, she did not answer them and instead started talking about other things not even related to the role or job. I was contacted the following day after each interview (except the meet and greet) , had the meet and greet, then was completely ghosted. I had to check in multiple times and on the last time I checked, I was told they chose someone else and I might get an automated rejection email. If they had no intention of hiring me, I should not have been asked to do the meet and greet which is the very dirty and shady part. I feel my time was wasted and at least after 3 interviews, it is common courtesy to let someone know the outcome. I put in a lot of time and effort this whole entire process, just to be ghosted and then told no when I asked. I also wonder if the assistant that is temporarily helping the hiring manager has something to do with it as she looked like she had an issue with me the entire meet and greet. The hiring manager seemed interested. It was only after the meet and greet that things took a turn . So, Watch out for this company and do not waste your time in them as they will ghost you and act like they will give you the job, give you a meet and greet, all to in the end not give a f*ck about you. Very deceiving and happy to not be employed at such a terrible place. Good riddance.
