Phone interview with recruitment and passed to manager. Had phone interview with regional and 1:1 with both regional and VP. I followed up 3 times told was going to next step just waiting on client. No follow up very unprofessional on hiring managers. The first 2 follow ups responded with positive response then no response.

Situational questions were used. They wanted the questions to be answered in first person narrating how you would deal with situations. Additionally, you needed to provide a situational example explaining how you implemented your actions.
