They needed someone for temporary position, not highest skill job but you had to have some qualities. I got a phone call when they asked me some basic questions about my age, scholl etc and how much I would like to earn. I said a little too much for that position so they said what they can give me. When I agreed, I was asked to come in person for personal interview.
Easy and professional. I don’t feel like I could explain better! Everyone experiences is different and mines was amazing. I don’t like that I am being forced to write 30 words

Very informal. Carried out in the school dining room and involved me and the head of HR for the location having a chat. Did not ask me much and it wasn't very challenging.

I was dated at the job place and we had a 1v1 interview in person. The interview felt more like a chat than an interview which is was nice. At last the interviewer explained the tasks I will have to do, how was the team formed, the shifts, salary, etc. Asked me several times if I had questions or something I would like to ask.
