Entretien
My employer was in a hurry to get people in the kitchen. They had just opened a new school district. I was asked about my work history and if I would be available. We where all hired on knowing it could be temporary. I was talked to by a few different people that where all very helpful. I filled out the paper work and application and was called that same day.
Easy interview easy job to gain. Requires no experience at all just be groomed and ready to work hard. The interview process is easy just have some skill and experience in food service.

Do you have experience in food service or hospitality?
If you show up, you're hired. They make it sound like there are always hours to pick up, but that is not true once you're hired. They tell you the schedule is up two weeks in advance, but it won't go up until the day before usually.
Simple and easy, just ask for your availability and what they want you to do. It was very quick. You do not have to prepare much. They often let you choose what shift you want to work as well. Work shoes are provided but a bit strict on tardy.
