I explained that I was a Cook, and the Operation Manager at the time said that they did not need Cooks but they needed Cashiers. And he told me the pay was $8.75 and hour even though I had tons of work experience.
After he hired me as a Cashier, he took me off the cash register within a week and had me working in the kitchen because they needed kitchen staff and refused to pay me what I was suppose to get paid for working in the kitchen.

I will discuss my experience with Sodexo and their failure to call me for my scheduled phone interview yesterday at 2:00 and today. Despite my excitement and preparation for this opportunity, I was disappointed to receive no communication from Sodexo. This lack of professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my potential future with the company. In conclusion, I hope that Sodexo can improve their communication practices and avoid leaving potential candidates in the dark in the future.

Phone call about my availability, and what hours are available throughout the week. I was also offered positions that required making and preparing food. It was a very minimal process, and didn't feel much like an interview at all.

Entretien
It lasted 20 min approximately. They basically explained how the job was and my flexibility, pay hours and experience, the uniform and basic stuff. The lady was nice and they called me a week later
