Busy. I was in a group interview with a mass hiring event leading off of a job fair. The one on one time with the manager felt a little awkward because it wasn't exactly private, but the hiring manager gave full attention and was welcoming.

Not a very difficult interview. I had the experience to answer the questions and did some preparation as well. I felt relaxed and the two person interviewing me they were relaxed as well.

First Interview is over the phone with a manager or supervisor and the
Second Interview is one on one with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager was impressed with the interview, they will give you an offer.

easy going and relax. just be yourself and it will help you out at. remember no one wants a hot tempered person working for them. also let them know that your easy going and can change detraction midway to easy persure
