Interviewed with HR manager first, then was directed to unit lead and chef manager for additional interview. I was then notified I would be called if I was offered a position.

Very simple, asked about employment history and retail experience. There wasn't much to it. I actually interviewed before I started the application process. The company had recently lost 4 employees and was in need of workers. The whole process only took about 24 hours and I was working within two weeks after finishing all preliminary paperwork.
