Sodexo provides an enormous amount of information about their company online through linkedin, facebook, and their own website. It is easy to network with recruiters and others during the process. The company is very focused on their culture of caring for others and you should focus on this through out the interview process. The first step is to be contacted by email to arrange an initial phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter asks very basic questions regarding your experience and background to determine the job fit. At this point in the process they were very open with me regarding the salary range. The second step is with a recruiting assistant that coducts a behavioral based interview over the phone. The questions tend to be basic and straight-forward. You are asked to answer the question using an example of a past personal experience. A sample question would be, tell me about a time that you had multiple goals and a set deadline, how did you accomplish your goals? After the first behavioral interview, you are contacted directly by the hiring manager for a 1:1 interview. She told me that I would be completing a skills assessment, but it was really another behavioral interview. Her style was to ask the question and then explan how it related to the current opening. I'm not sure if it was just her style to offer the extra information or if this is something that all hiring managers would do. Again the questions were very simple and straight-forward and asked for a personal example. After the interview with the hiring manager, I had phone screens with two other managers that I would be working with. It took several weeks to complete the entire process.

Me contactaron después de 3 semanas de haber enviado el CV. Me llaman de repente sin aviso para hacer una entrevista corta por teléfono. Las preguntas son: - cuál es tu formación (está en el CV) - cuál es tu trayectoria (está en el CV) - por qué quiere cambiar - cuál es tu empresa actual (está en el CV) - cuál es tu salario actual Verifico que la persona tiene mi CV porque me parece raro que me pregunte todo lo que ya pone en el mismo. Lo tiene. Me cita para otra entrevista pero dado que el rango salarial al que aspiro es alto pido que me confirme si está dentro de sus posibilidades - a fin de no perder el tiempo ni de un lado ni de otro. Solo entonces me dice que lo preguntará y que si es el que espero me citará a entrevista. Tengo claro que no quiero trabajar para empresa que empieza preguntando al candidato sin apenas presentarse, siendo bastante poco empático, preguntado cosas que ya salen en el CV y después aporta poca información sobre el puesto de trabajo y una actitud de "o lo tomas o lo dejas".
