Received quick email response regarding my submitted application and was scheduled for a telephone interview. I was able to select from numerous dates and times for my telephone interview. It so very organized from the beginning. I then had an interview with the recruiter Claudia Pryor ( only reason im leaving a name is because she was excellent). She was professional and took appx. 15 minutes to explain the structure of the organization, how the position was structured, and what the manager was looking for. From there she proceeded to ask me questions that were directly related to the position that required answers that could only be given if you truly had the necessary experience. I normally HATE phone interviews for a number of different reasons but after this one - Im convinced that they wouldn’t be so bad if they all were conducted the way the recruiter did. She was personable and straight to the point. After we were done she explained the next steps- and she was right on. I was scheduled for an in person, but I ended up withdrawing because I accepted another offer. Even though I didn’t complete the process it was to date the best interviewing experience I have had AND after I withdrew my application she sent me an email acknowledging that I withdrew my application and said to reach out in the future if Im essentially looking again. Obviously this recruiter and company have it right - this should be an industry standard!
