First, they did a phone screen asking why I would like to work at the hospital. Then my information was sent to the hiring manger. The hiring manager contacted me two weeks later and called me in for an interview. The first interview was behavioral based questions. The second is clinical questions with a panel of RDs.

Seamless - asks some of those personality type questions though. I think most companies are doing that now. It’s awkward and uncomfortable but you try and use honest experiences and you’ll get through it.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sodexo (Los Angeles, CA) en août 2024
Entretien
The interview was with a group of three (one via iPhone) and they asked standard questions but all talked so much that it lasted over 90 minutes and they did not validate parking. There were lots of red flags that led me to not want to work there just in the first 20 minutes including them bluntly airing grievances about the former employees.

Question 1
Would you be able to handle the patient population considering the location (basic urban)?
Was given clinical and management scenarios and asked how I might handle them. Hiring manager offered feedback on how they might handle things differently, overall a positive process. Learned more about the culture at the site and goals of their current team.
