Took only about 15 minutes, one on one in person. Very simple, with non-generic questions that referred more to skills and experience vs questions typical questions about ability, attitude, and approach. Questions referred to ability to handle stress, experience working with lazy people, safety, priority of job over school and social events. Very nice people.
