One-way recorded interview process. I had to record each of my answers. I was given 3 minutes for each question. There was also one attempt to retry if you didn't like you're first attempt.

Straightforward invite to a teams meeting interview, had to answer three questions which they sent in advance for you to prepare. Afterwards they open it to you to ask any questions about the job and the work style etc. Very friendly

2 stage, 300 words on few essential criteria submit online, after that was a competency based interview recorded. Which may have changed now post COVID. Then security checks in depth.
