I applied for the position 12/2014. Called back for an interview 02/2015. Finger printed the same day. Interview process lasted about an hour and a half. Interviewed by two individuals. Documents were referred to hiring officials, but not selected at the time. No explanation provided for non selection.

I got an email telling me to take an assessment. The assessment was lengthy and of medium difficulty. Got an email to set up an interview. Nothing too difficult, scripted questions about situational customer service and PII protection.

All questions presented to the interviewee by a panel of interviewers. The questions were thorough but were not job related. There was no opportunity as the interviewee to ask questions about the job itself. I expected this to be a screening interview and was surprised to find out that it was the only interview in the process.

I received a phone call asking me if I would come in for a interview. It was a panel interview consist of two office managers. The interview process was average.
