General questions about experience, mock KYC call. Firstly met HR, then had 2 rounds with the Head of SDR. Quite positive guys. Feedback has been given after 2 weeks. No offer unfortunately

Very odd. The interviewer was like 20 something and robotic, kept looking at her phone and didn’t blink through entire interview. Mentioned how the company was all a “family” which felt very exclusive and doesn’t seem to be helping with the modernization of the company vibe. It felt like she was reading from a script without using contextual information to conduct the interview properly. She gave a company timeline which she never followed up on. Half way through I decided to just end the interview. The company site shows the outsourced vibe pretty well, they appear to have very little diversity within the team/company profile or people on the team with native understanding of western culture.
