They wanted to see my work and me as person, because as an account executive you've to make sure all the work given by client gets done on time. Hence they wanted to check if I'll be able to coordinate
I went through three rounds. The first one was a brief screener on the phone, the second with the HR head and the third with a senior manager. The hiring manager were very supportive and friendly, and never at any point made me feel uncomfortable about anything.
