The process was simply great. I started with an interview with the Senior Corporate Recruiter, who allowed me to express my experience, and skills as well as explore more about the position, and company through questions that I had the opportunity to formulate. After this, I received information about the process, with very useful resources, that helped me to understand everything about the process. Through the interviews with the Hiring Manager and the rest of the team, I received additional information, all the interviews were on time according to the schedule, and at any moment, I knew what should be expected in the next steps. In summary, this process had been the best that I had had the opportunity to participate in. SoFi takes seriously the hiring process.
