Very smooth interview process. Applied -> OA (very easy but tricky questions) -> Recruiter Screen (to gauge if you know about the company, and some basic questions about job loc, projects etc) -> 2 back-to-back interviews. Technical (LC Med, but write your own tests) and Behavioral. -> Offer 1 hr tech and 45 min behav. Overall process took ~2-3 weeks. Recruiter was very smooth and communicative. Behavioral round was mainly resume screen and importance was on thought process. SoFi is customer(member)-centric. They ask questions around that. Prepare your stories well. The interviewers were kind and understood what I was saying.

Received a screening call ~2 weeks after sending in an application. About a day after I had to complete a Hackerrank assessment. Got followed up around a few weeks after where I was invited to have two interviews (behavioral and technical). Overall, I really enjoyed talking to the engineers and HR was responsive to emails.
