Probably the worst communication I've encountered during a recruiting process. Every time they need something from me I replied within hours. They never proactively updated me on next steps or timing. I always had to reach out to them. Sometimes days would go by without a response and was finally just ghosted in the end after several interview rounds. The hiring manager gave me his email but when I had a simple question for him he never responded. The fintech industry is not that large and word travels fast. Have some respect for your perspective employees.
