I went back and forth with the recruiter for a month and the. Got into interviews. Got to the third interview and then never heard back from anyone. I tried reaching out to the recruiter 3-4 times by phone and email and never got a response. I then reached out to a recruiter in a different city to see if she could see what was going on. A couple of days later I got an email from the original recruiter saying that they were no longer hiring the position. I have seen the position posted months after this happened, so either they don’t take down their postings or she was just afraid to tell me they’ve moved on to other people, which is her job.
