      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez SoFi (Claymont, DE) en janv. 2018

      Entretien

      Odd interview setup. I interviewed with three other individuals. They used the popcorn method of randomly asking certain questions to some people. They then stepped out and had us waiting about 20 minutes before telling us that “Phase Two” was interviewing 1-1 with a Team Manager. The whole process took two hours- which was quite long since it didn’t take much time to answer their questions- just sort of waiting around a lot. I currently have just completed the references requested by the recruiter. They use an online platform to contact references via email survey. It is convenient, but they wish to have it received in 48 hours which is quite short turnaround time to contact everyone to complete a long survey about you. Now I’m just waiting for next steps. Overall, the call center environment they created seemed open and pleasant. It’s a newer company (DE location) and it’s hard to determine if this company is genuine or not.

      The Company took me on 3 interviews but didn't give me a reason why i wasn't chosen after 2 weeks waiting for an email. I emailed back to ask why I wasn't chosen and I received no reply.

      After you apply a recruiter gets in contact with you to complete a couple assessments. The recruiter that contacted me was nice and the assessments were based on computer skills.

      The process was a very smooth and easy transition. Everyone was really nice and informative about what the process would be like. The recruiter did a great job of keeping me informed on what was going on in the application process. It only took a couple of weeks for the hiring recruiter to let me know if I was hired.
