Set up an interview with the recruiter. They have you in, tell you about the position, then ask you about your experience in sales. They want to gauge how committed and interested you are in a sales role.

Due to Covid, interviews were held via zoom calls which were just as effective as in-person interviews, in my opinion. The process itself was fairly simple; addressing the common questions you'd have during an interview process.

Basic questions on my knowledge of mortgage, lending, customer relation skills, guideline knowledge, etc.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your interview experience with us, and we're thrilled to hear it was a positive one, especially given the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to move all interviewing to Zoom.
