If it's too good to be true - then it probably is. The entire process took a few weeks. I was surprised at an offer after one relatively short face-to-face, very little technical discussion, and no tour of the facility. The urgency may have had something to do with current litigation against the company started in April 2019 for false advertising.

I was first phone screened by HR and then one week later, a Quality Assurance manager who was rather enthusiastic about bringing me in for an in-person interview. I was brought in the following week and brought into a conference room with QA and two other people that I wasn't;t told their respective titles. I barely got a name. They each asked questions which repeated themselves in variations. I was told that they needed to fill the position fairly soon. The process was quite scattered without a definite idea where to state the position or what they expected to accomplish with their hire. I showed them a writing sample which they passed around without comment. The HR screener never responded with a yea or nay. I was notified by Indeed.com. My feeling is that they are unorganized, unfocused and unprofessional.
