The first round I spoke with a recruiter who discussed the various customer-facing technical roles and helped me align a role with my career goals. The second round was a manager round where we spoke mostly about working style, how I like to work with leaders etc. Then, I had a peer interview with someone on the team that focused more on technical skills and my knowledge in the security realm. Finally I had a panel where I demoed the product to the broader team.

- HR screen that made sure I was qualified and to understand salary requirements - Manager interview to meet the manager to get a feel for the team/role/company - Tech Interview to make sure I understood what Snyk was selling - Sales interview to make sure I understood if I could work with the sales team - Panel Presentation/tech demo review Snyk demo to walk thru the use cases. This was a role play presentation using their git repo - Senior Director of Presales to get a sign off for the team

Great process. Told me up front what to expect. Four rounds: HR screen, hiring manager screen, technical screen, and a panel presentation. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The process was quick and pretty painless.
