My first round was done very good. So to interviewer told me wait for second round till 12 bcoz next round was conducted with main sir due to some reasons my second round was not done that day. So they took my number so they conduct my telephonic round with them but I did not received any call. So next day I mail them to know about second interview update but I did not received any revert from them so same day evening I call hr about to know my interview update. HR also dont have an any update earlier which interview they conducted. Again second day I mail about to know status then HR replay on my mail my profile was not shortlisted. I didn't understand exactly happened. If my profile shortlisted earlier day and now hr mail me my profile was not shortlisted. I didn't exactly reason behind why they reject me?
