Unrealistic Hiring Process — Feels Like They're Hiring Robots, Not People The interview process at this company is exhausting and unreasonable. It consists of six separate one-hour interviews, each diving deep into different areas — even ones completely unrelated to the job description. It's as if you're expected to be an expert in every field imaginable, regardless of your actual role. The whole process feels less like they're trying to find a real human being to join the team and more like a performance to justify wasting time and money. There seems to be no genuine intention to hire, just a checklist of impossible standards. Overall, a frustrating and demotivating experience. Would not recommend going through this unless you enjoy being treated like a machine.
