J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snowflake en mars 2025
Entretien
1. Online Assessment - medium to maybe hard difficulty questions, with plenty of time to do them.
2. Phone call with recruiter - mostly questions about logistics. No real behavioral interview questions here.
3. Two 1-hour technical interviews. Some very basic behavioral interview questions ("tell me about yourself", "tell me about one of your favorite/most difficult projects"). One typical medium difficult DS&A question with followup analysis of time/space complexity; another slightly tougher (to me) question about distributed systems and reliability.
4. Phone call with specific team manager(s). I got multiple of these, and I'm sure it's a case of the more the merrier, so if you express interest in a relatively wide range of things that would probably help. Minimal behavioral interview questions here, mostly they were telling me about their teams and projects. At this point it felt more like the managers were trying to convince me to join their team than to evaluate my experience, but I'm sure it was some of both.
5. Call with recruiter to discuss offer details

Makes you pass a test and never inform you of the results, it's a shame because the tests is lengthy, and it's taking time from you when you're searching for an internship, the least would be to inform of the non pursuit of the recrutment process

2 Technical Rounds, 1 Behavioral Round
The interview process went really well. Both technical interviewers were collaborative and asked great follow-up questions.
Technical rounds:
- LC Medium (both graph questions)
- Strong focus/emphasis on the approach (the "why"); Follow-up on alternative approaches and trade-offs.
- Asked to formulate test-cases

Question 1
What types of input works best for approach A vs approach B (in terms of time and space complexity)

Pretty tough. The OA was 3 lc hards consisting of dp/backtracking. Then I had 2 back to back technical which were once again lc hards and pretty challenging. The interviewers were also stone cold and distant throughout the technical portion but seemed nice at the end when I asked them questions. I'm now in team matching for Fall 2025 and hc is basically done is ig this is where my journey ends :(
