Very professional hiring process. Extremely quick responses and clear feedback about performance and next steps.
After submitting my CV I received the invite to schedule a first interview with the manager a day later.
Then 5 zoom interviews followed:
1. Interview with Manager: personal fit and getting each other to know
2. Interview: Panel interview with presentations on different topics
3. Interview with another Manager: fit to the company & position
4. Interview with VP: fit to the company and skills
5. Interview with possible colleague: getting to know the team and receiving infos about the atmosphere, management, onboarding etc.
3 entretiens pour un poste AE en France. Entretien RH, puis entretien avec le Hiring Manager, enfin avec son homologue.
Communication lente, voire absente. Aucun feedback sur les 3 entretiens, que ce soit positif ou négatif.
Thorough process. Met 5 business leaders, a recruiter and a presentation as well as a meeting to finalize the process. Data driven and detailed questions which is not surprising. Incredibly accommodating during the presentation phase with a deck provided for you to minimalise.

The process typically begins with a recruiter phone screen focusing on background, sales experience, and motivation for joining Snowflake. Next comes one or two interviews with hiring managers, covering sales methodology, quota attainment, and account management skills.
