Initially the interview process moved slowly, but that was during IPO filing time so teams were busy. After that, the process moved more quickly and seamlessly. Met with cross-functional peers and management in my direct resposibility areas.

I was proactively contacted in May by one of the staff recruiters who inquired about my interest to interview for a SLED role. The recruiter said the hiring manager found my profile, and asked that I be contacted. I replied with interest, provided available times, and included my resume. Crickets. I followed up with the recruiter 3x, and reached out to the hiring manager who the recruiter named. Crickets. The job was reposted a month later, and again no response from the recruiter who I reached out to about the repost. Crickets.
