After being contacted by the in-house recruiter, I was scheduled to speak for 30 mins via phone with the division lead. I was contacted about a week and a half later to schedule a second 30 min phone call with the another manager. About 2 weeks later I was contacted again for a 4 hour Zoom screen with multiple other team members. All 3 of the interviews were your standard questions about what you know about the company, your background and how it is a good fit for the company.
I followed up with the recruiter contact numerous times starting about 2 weeks after the 4 hour screen as I had another offer on the table and got no response at all. When I followed up with the division lead, I was told that I was one of their top candidates and that they would have an answer for me a few days later. To date, I still have not heard back from the company. While I was initially excited about the opportunity, the complete lack of respect the company showed after spending over 5 hours interviewing with them really rubbed me wrong. In my opinion, if a candidate has dedicated that much time to interviewing with your company, the least you can do is respond to their emails asking for just a status update. I still have not received a response on my candidacy to this date even though the job posting has been removed from their website.
