Entretien
The interview process was traditional in the sense that I meet with everyone to get a sense of the business needs and how I can fulfill them along with getting to know the staff. I went in to interview for the Talent and Development position then they wanted me to interview for their Learning and Development team since my skill set matched what the company was in need of at the time. I got a verbal offer but was told the organization was going through a re-org so they didn't have a title/position/offer for me at the time but that they would get back to me once they had it all figured out. Never heard back after several emails. They just went ghost and then I saw the same position I essentially interviewed for on job boards. I hate how unprofessional the process was along with lack of communication. After going through this process and seeing how they treat interviewees, I wouldn't want to join a company that leaves such a bad taste in your mouth before you even begin. They have a lot of disgruntled employees and I can now see why. Tread lightly if applying to this company.
