The HR arranged the panel interview immediately. HR showed us around the company and introduced each department. The CEO introduced the company's history and his entrepreneurial route. The interviewee introduce one by one. The CEO and HR asked question randomly.

The interview experience was very unpleasant. It was a group interview where the HR placed three new graduates and one person with 20 years of work experience together. Throughout the interview, the CFO was very aggressive, criticizing candidate's resume for being too focused on Data Analysis and suggesting that candidate should continue applying for DA-related positions rather than FA roles. I don’t understand why they would invite the candidate for an in-person interview if they already thought the resume didn’t match the job description from the start.
