Sat with the founder and talked about my experience and then got a tour of the location. Not a difficult interview because the job itself is simple. I did think that the interview was misleading, as they expect you to do mostly menial tasks (vacuuming, delivering mail, cleaning tables and windows, restocking snacks) which was not clear.
