Interview was very formal with questions about previous work experience, education, and scenario situations. Job description/territory were changed and salary was lowered than what was originally told to me during my 1st phone interview. More interested in typical "used car salesman" selling rather than professional relationship selling. Was very disappointed with the managers I interviewed with. Salary was very low yet they expect 50+ hr work weeks with travel daily with no car allowance or company car. If this was told to me over the phone I would never have wasted a morning interviewing.

Question 1
Discribe a situation where you offered a solution for a customer?
Great low stress interview. Manager was really nice and answered all of my questions. Great brand and territory. I would say this was a typical interview but great people. I have been a mechanic for a long time and felt this would be a good segway into a different job.

Question 1
Tell me about your experience in industrial plants?
I worked through a recruiter who did most of the vetting process while also helping me with preparation. Once I got face to face with the company, it was more them speaking AT me rather than asking me anything actually challenging. Mostly to make sure I understand what the role is.

The interview process with was a positive and professional experience. The process was efficient, well-structured, and provided a good balance of assessing my skills and experience while also giving me insights into the company culture and expectations.
