Entretien
The process was not at all long. I had an employee referral and sent my resume to the manager. I followed up with the manager and he reviewed it. Next he mentioned someone from Hr would call to do a telephone interview. after that I met with the Manager and then with the GM. I had my last round of interviews with the VP of Sales.

Great low stress interview. Manager was really nice and answered all of my questions. Great brand and territory. I would say this was a typical interview but great people. I have been a mechanic for a long time and felt this would be a good segway into a different job.

Tell me about your experience in industrial plants?
I worked through a recruiter who did most of the vetting process while also helping me with preparation. Once I got face to face with the company, it was more them speaking AT me rather than asking me anything actually challenging. Mostly to make sure I understand what the role is.

The interview process with was a positive and professional experience. The process was efficient, well-structured, and provided a good balance of assessing my skills and experience while also giving me insights into the company culture and expectations.
