Interview was normal 4 people for 30 mins each. Mostly behavioral questions or "tell me about a time" questions.
The poor experience is due entirely to the recruiter and their lack of communication. After my interview I never heard back from them. I sent an email and was told, I will meet with them soon and get back to you. That was 2 months ago. Not a single word back. Very poor experience as a candidate.

Entretien
Not necessarily hiring talent, I felt they were looking to bring someone on-board that fits their cultural needs. I answered all questions accordingly, had great conversations with all 5 interviewers and thought I really did a great job all around. I was shocked they sent a rejection email the very next day.
